I returned yesterday from a two-day stay here. I agree with GolfTravelr that this is an excellent property.
It's still in soft-opening phase, with Vasco's currently closed (this restaurant features Mecanese cuisine, though there was a note on the desk when I checked in that Vasco's full menu is available in Chynna, the hotel's Chinese restaurant), the spa facilities scheduled to open next month, and work continuing on what looks to be a ground floor shopping arcade.
The executive lounge's breakfast choices are vast. They put out cookies and light snacks during the day, supplemented by additional selections including warm appetizers during happy hour (one night, they offered grilled prawns, yum). Staff are very responsive to all requests.
As others have mentioned, your cab driver will not know where the hotel is. Even the address in Chinese characters stumped a couple of the cabbies I had, who had to stop at nearby hotels to get more exact directions.
