Yes AmEx India has a co-branded card with Kingfisher, which allows one to earn points with spends. I have one of these mailing packages somewhere in my office (I think they give Gold status for an annual fee)...but I'm interested in how people are actually able to use these avenues to achieve status/free miles/upgrades.
