Easyjet -- best way to score a cheap fare?

I have some specific dates next fall that I will need to fly my family around Europe. Looking at the route maps, it looks like easyjet will work well for me. So I've got lots of time to plan, but since I'm flying a bunch of people, I want to get the best price. I'm not that familiar with the current state of discounting by the budget European carriers. What's the BEST sale I'm likely to get that I should jump on?

My recollection from years past is that Easyjet doesn't get as "crazy" with their pricing as, say, Ryanair. Do they ever do something as good as 10 Euro fares? Is there a certain day each week I should remember to look, or are the sale dates pretty random?

Also, how reliable are their schedules? It's possible I may book a "connection" for an int'l departure or arrival. If I do so, and Easyjet changes the flight time by a couple of hours, could I get my money back?

Thanks for the help!
