I haven't followed it closely, and would be curious, but I would imagine that it's hard to tell. I suppose that they nominally keep their own books, but it's so tied to the public sector (like all large companies in Qatar) that I'll bet if you were, hypothetically, a private investor trying to perform due diligence and evaluate the financial status of the company, you couldn't.
