What about the limit on international itineraries that include an overnight (NOT a stopover)? This is part of a multi-segment run to MCO that is booked all on one (set of linked) ticket and in one reservation.

I'm arriving in DCA from Europe one evening and depart from IAD the next morning. Will the weight-limit on that flight be 50 or 70 lbs. per bag???
