Just wondering if IT awards upgrade vouchers with their co-branded card spends as well as how easy is it to attain Gold? (I was comped once, now soft-landed to silver)

How often do they op-up?

Anyone who flies them regularly can provide insights on how their FF program works in reality? (other than the massive amounts of comped Golds that Mallya has handed out)
