It just doesn't seem fair does it? You plan everything carefully and then there is a glitch with the BA systems and your plans are in tatters! However, Raffles has come up with some good suggestions - February/March is always a tense time in our house as we try and book next years Oz flights - the things we do for free flights, well free apart from the tax!
