I realize this isnt a 'hike' but its a sad reality of business out there right now. Would US really recommend something like this as the best option for its customers?
Another quick side comment - who is the moron who built the new peoplemover at SFO, and put in elevated walkways to all the terminals EXCEPT terminal 1? Terminal 2 is closed, but has a walkway! It took my wife and I (with stroller) over 15 minutes to get from peoplemover exit to US check-in counter.
