Well, the expired yogurt I got in my F meal on MIA-PHL did get some compassion from Customer Affairs, especially because the F/A refused to take responsibility for it or get me a coach meal, becuase those were "for sale". They sent me two confirmed upgrade certificates. Unfortunatley, US has such a lousy F product I'm not sure I'll use the certs.

The response was apathetic and it was never explained while IFC meals served in FC were half the size of those sold in coach. They basically refuse to take responsibility for for anything regarding IFC.
