Just spent three nights at the RI and had a great time. The property was packed for the Big 12 basketball tournament so I was really impressed. The staff was friendly and always courtious. On Saturday and Sunday morning the breakfast area was full but they were busing tables and keeping the food replenished at an amazing rate. The girl that checked me in on Thursday morning addressed me by name on Sunday and I had not spoken to her from the time I checked in until that moment. With as many people as were there everything was always clean and neat in the lobby area. The exercise room is a tad small with just two tread mills a step stepper and an exercise bike but I was always able to get a tread mill anytime I went to run. I have stayed at the Bricktown Res, CY and now the RI and would pick the RI everytime.
