I cant get CW seats to preview either [but wt does]
it just shows an empty cabin and says
"Available seats for this flight cannot be viewed at this time."

Yeah you're right! Looks like the Seatguru reviews aren't working though when you hover over the seats.
But F, J seats can be previewed just WT+ can't.
