Again - its just the consistency that is lacking here. I've been on some flights both in CW and F where the CSD has come round and had a brief chat etc etc and some are marvellous at it.

A few recent flights however, both in CW, including last night to GRU - not one peep and wasnt seen for the whole flight.

I can appreciate it can be a full flight, that it is busy etc - but either do it and make it mandatory or not.
