Continental's PC family areas are generally very clean rooms with a couch or two, kid sized tables/chairs, a few games and a TV with DVD player. Plus there is a door to separate it from the rest of the PC. They typically lock the EWR family rooms, so ask the front desk to unlock when you arrive. Don't forget the PC also has free drinks for the adults, much cleaner bathrooms and changing tables than the terminal, snacks and the family rooms have plenty of electric plugs for charging everything up. If memory serves me right, only the EWR PC at Terminal C3 has a family room.
