From my experiences in the last 2 weeks:

Seat for sitting comfort: JAL (but not by much)
Seat for sleeping comfort: AA (something about the contour of the JAL seat in the lower back region made sleeping uncomfortable).
AVOD: AA (better content for westerners).
Food: JAL (but not by much)
Service: JAL
