The place just opened on Friday and its reservation system is a frigging mess. I booked for a room only to find out they could not accomodate me as requested. I am a Diamond member, but frankly I do not know why I bother with this stupid program!

I have cancelled this joint and moved on! Never again I say.

Further the rates are not that attractive given its off beat location in western Toronto near Spadina.
