I'm not sure about EDI but FTLs have access to a contract lounge at MAN with an LH/LX boarding pass. However, it's not a BMI lounge since LH and BD use different terminals at MAN.

I haven't tested this but I suspect FTLs don't have access to the BMI lounge at MAN if flying on BD in Y!
