Star Lounge access is a Star Gold Privilege, but there are certain lounges you can use certain LH contract lounges too.

Your choices are certainly all Business/FTL lounges in Berlin-Tegel, Bremen, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne-Bonn, Leipzig, Munich, Nuremburg, Stuttgart, Athens, London-Heathrow, Milan-Malpensa, Bangkok, Boston, Dubai, Houston, New York-John F. Kennedy, Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Furthermore you can use LOT Executive Lounges and SWISS Business Class Lounges with any Star Alliance same day boarding pass and Austrian Business Lounges with a same day Austrian Airlines Group or an Austrian Airlines partner.

I would have expected the BD lounges in this list, however they are not in....
