That sounds like the prize winning US Airways website all right.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it pretends to work just well enough to make you think it must be something you are doing wrong. So you try again, and again, and again and then carefully note every step you take to make sure that it really truly isn't you. And guess what? It's not. It's just the website acting up again.
