Yes, there is a Le Meridien Bristol (SPG) in Warszawa now.

I'm likely going for the Westin.
I my opinion the Westin is the best option.
This hotel is near train station; Have club room with snacks afternoon and breakfast morning. There is a computer in club lounge. Rooms are clean and quiet.
