still no luck with better rate

further to above - called to check other codes posted here that are phone res only - no availability at this hotel - just a note - as I rang on Sunday Australia time - at first the message is "the call centre is currently closed. We are transferring you to our global call centre where an english speaking person will be available to assist you blah blah..."

does anyone think this might make a difference to any over the phone rates?
