Myself and Jslo Jr. were on a 763 DEN-SFO. Video was broken. Each given a "accept our apology" card.

Went online, my choices were: 1-e500, $50 ecert, 3000 RDM, or 10% cert.

Jslo Jr. is general MP, his choices were: $25 ecert, 1000 RDM, or 10% cert.

I took the e500, for him I clicked $25 ecert...
