Our policy is to solicit for volunteers. If we can not find sufficient volunteers to downgrade we use The Oversale Manager to determine which customers should be involuntarily downgraded.
Those that will be involuntarily downgraded are, in order:
1. Complimentary upgrades
2. Onepass Mileage/Reward Tickets
3. Revenue BF or F Class
The ETC is based on the distance between the origin and destination of the oversold segment:
1-1000 miles $200
1001-2000 $250
2001-3000 $500
3001-4000 $1,000
4001+ $1,500
