I guess it's all a matter of tastes. While I don't consider the food selection in the TG lounges to be fantastic, it's much better to me than the LH Senator lounges. I've never been in a LH F lounge to compare though. I guess I'm not really into German food though, but do love most Asian food. BTW, TG did change one of their hot food dishes recently. Previously they seemed to always have fried rice and phad thai, but the last time I was there they changed the phad thai to a different noodle dish (sorry forgot the name), which I thought was excellent. And they served it much later at night than in my previous experiences. With that change, I'd personally rate the food in the BKK TG C lounge in the top 10% of worldwide *A C lounges. Between the noodles, fresh fruit, and perhaps some fried rice (it's a bit dry at times, but still passable for me), I'm more than happy and will fill up with that rather than chance going hungry on the plane due to bad food or running out of what I want (I'm usually in Y when flying out of BKK). I do however give the TG pastries a miss.
