Delta does so many itinerary changes that I frequently have to call Delta to confirm the changes 10-20 times on flights booked more than 6 months out. Within 6 month, probably 5-10 times. Sometimes, the only change is the flight number, on other occasions, it's just a time change of about 5 to 15 minutes. I don't know why Delta.com doesn't adapt the nwa.com policy of confirming the schedule changes capabilities online........ why bother the agent when online resources can do this.....

I usually check online once a week at my itineraries. Even though I signed up for email notifications, I think I received only one.
I love it when Delta messes with my reward travel bookings, as I usually start out with a crappy itinerary (what is offered for SkySaver), so if Delta makes a material change, I usually get to tweak my itinerary to something more my liking at no charge.
Seems, though, that Delta pretty much locks things in within a month or so of travel, other than very minor tweaking. And I've come to expect their not changing things on my return travel, other than very minor tweaking of times.
