I had a flight a month or two ago where I got EUA'd into row 3, and then there was a last-minute equipment swap for a plane with only two rows of F seats. All I got was a Y boarding pass -- no TCV or any other compensation of any kind. Should I have gotten a TCV? Can anyone point me toward anything official from CO that says I should? In general, I tend not to ask for compensation, but I don't want to miss out on something substantial just because I didn't ask.
