If you are traveling late in the day, I might favor SJC. I've been on SEA/SFO with the plane continuing to PSP, and have been substantially late quite a few times, all to see desperate exhausted people waiting to board when disembarking @ SFO.

If you have Bored Room access, and a reasonable shot at the F cabin, I'd choose SFO. If "on time" is more important, you might want to experience the luxurious departure terminal @ SJC.
