My understanding is that all passengers who get demoted are supposd to receive a TCV of a substantial amount. I want to say $500, but I could be wrong and it may be distance/route based.

The order should be:
-Paid F
-Paid Y/B (by status)
-Plats
-Plat comps
-Gold
-Gold comps
-Silver

Basically, same order of preference as EUA.
