For a flight that is this short, I would take Horizon. Yes, they have free beer (microbrew nonetheless) and wine. You can also carry more bags on Horizon and have them returned to you planeside, not at baggage claim. But in this case you really can't lose. Just don't take United, they will barely serve a drink on that flight.
