On a flight last night, video system was out entirely. I think they gave skykits to everyone. I have never gotten one, a small 3x5 card "We apologize for this inconvenience....yada yada......please log on to united.com/appreciation...enter this code and make a choice"

I was in F, they actually gave me 2 cards(?). I was travelling with Jslo Jr. so maybe one for each of us.

Question:

1. Is this a "skykit"?
2. united.com/appreciation- I can't get a page to load for that address. Is there a time it comes up or is it just staleness from united.com?
