Thanks for the advice. I'd rather fly to CGK as the fare is lower that way (as from BKK I am connecting to SK to CPH).

There is a Garuda flight either arriving at 0715, I'd be happy to take that one instead. However, where can I buy it? The Garuda site only takes indonesian issued credit cards and elsewhere the price is three times as much. Can anyone recommend a good page to book the flight on?
