I have the opportunity to buy a 1 bedroom condo time share at Pueblo Bonito Rose in Cabo for $750. It is a red week available every week of the year, save the last two in December. We have two small boys and were thinking this would be a nice place to take spring break every year as it will be a fixed cost every other year.
The time share is for even years and the maintenace is ~$600/year, due only on even years (so really $300/year)...any thoughts on whether or not this is a good value? I need to make my decision by tomorrow, so any advice would be greatly appreciated (including if this is the right forum to post this in).
