Are there any of these other ones that you can transfer existing miles into CO or Amtrak, and thus United?

So you can't actually transfer miles to CO, you have to fly something and have those miles credited to CO? Help me, I'm dense. Have AA and particularly DL miles that I really want in my UA account.
