Probably modified the ETOPS operations. There's a variety from 60 mins away from the closest airport (or land) to as much as 180/207 minutes. YVR-LHR by the great circle route is ETOPS 120 but there's a gap near the NW part of Hudson's Bay with 60 and 90.
