You can't unless you start in FRA or have a layover of a number of hours. (Over 6 I believe, but someone can correct if wrong) You would have access to the the new FCL though if flying onward in LH F, which you have stated that you don't want to do. Going on in TG F or SQ F for example won't get you access to the FCL or the FCT.
