Check the *A Forum, and you'll see that the C (and all others) fares from South Korea have gone up to the 'new' rates due to the February [thus late for the Koreans] rate change.

I thought I was late, but as of yesterday, I was still able to ticket an ex-ICN RTW at the reduced rate. I think the rates go up on the 15th.
