It's the latter, so I understand. That said, here's the issue:
The C Ex ICN fare went from $4100 to $3600 in USD (due to currency). If I were to refund the ticket, I would lose the $150, but then I could rebook it, thus saving in the end.
Still, I need to do this in the next couple of days, as I understand there is about to be a major fare increase.
