This plane is overbooked. It will not be oversold unless at least 268 passengers with confirmed space show up at the gate on-time.
If that happens, do not listen to all the advice on this thread to wait during the reverse "auction" to get a higher voucher. Everybody gets the same amount, the highest amount required to get the required number of passengers to agree to the bump. Waiting for a higher number only gets you what it apparently got some of these posters - off the list for a bump they wanted.
