That's odd. I assume you can access the bookings via your executive club account online, and your Silver status is reflected in the bookings?

If yes, then I would drop a pm to BA Executive Club. She is a BA representative in here. When time allows she does help us BA FT:ers with problems related to BAEC.

Or if it is an IT glitch, there is ba.com helper who may be able to assist you.
