Note that my comment pertains to new accounts. I don't know whether they plan to change the terms of existing personal cards that now have this benefit.
I have the CitiBusiness card with the 2 AA miles per dollar spent at aa.com and I received my monthly statement today. On the statement itself, it states that after March 31, 2009, I'll only earn 1 mile per dollar spent at aa.com.
