Ouch. The BF concierge on departure to LHR can make arrangements for the arrival facility (Yotel in LHR). Get directions when you arrive - I had some trouble finding it. You get directions and a pass to the Holideck when you check in for BF. The arrival facilities for BF are listed on co.com:
