What is the ONE service item in FC that shows how CHEAP US is?
Plastic cups in Domestic First Class (when all other USA based carriers offer GLASSWARE) is cheap, cheap, cheap!

A plastic cup is fine on an east coast short hop. But on a transcon from SFO to the east coast, if you serve wine and drinks to your "premium cabin" passengers in plastic, you might as well paint easyjet on the plane and stop calling yourself a full service carrier.
