Flying from BVT instead of YUL on AP?
When I look to the website, I can't select flights from BVT (Burlington Vermont). I would like to know if it is possible to buy ticket from that airport when calling AP agent?

Since some thread says that the taxes, airport fees, fuel surcharge, etc seems to be lower in the US, it may make a huge difference when booking for a family of 5! :-)
