I don't know if you'll get any recognition of your QF status... somehow I doubt it.
The sign outside the shared entrance to the main two EVA lounges shows the Qantus logo, so they share facilities. Suggest you ask the garden receptionist if you can go in there (show your Qantus card and PL BP), but don't bank on it. Officially the garden is just for EVA branded Amex platinum holders and EVA diamonds.
There is the More lounge nearby which is slightly better than the standard EVA lounge IMHO. Priority Pass works there or you can pay to get in. Can't remember if anything else works there.
I have had it confirmed as 6A by QF and I even called Eva and seemed to imply if I was apaid QF I could have it - first thing he asked was are you on an award ticket at all? I said no he said you're fine then.
QF also told me they are allocated a certain number of seats and premium ons at that. Only bummer is they have no PJ's even though rtn is night flight and I cant avail the pre select meal choice. The ticket is a bargain for J class so wont complain esp considering I get my full status credits and points with QF. FYI it's Qantas, not Qantus
Thanks for your input.
