As a one world Emerald status. Does any of the airlines offer entrance to an arrival's lounge. I know American Airlines has an arrival lounge in Paris...any idea if a one world emerald flying in on CX is entitled to enter it ?

First time arriving into CDG and really need some help as I land at 5.50am and need to shower up, be fresh and ready for an 9am meeting (just in CDG for the day so no hotel option either).
