Aruba -> Bonaire
Sheraton and Westin Fiji: Nadi -> Yasawa Islands
Le Meridien and Westin Cancun -> Cozumel
But Saba would be an inviting day trip from St Martin if you're adventurous and have already visited Anguilla and St Barts^
