You do realize that Philadelphia has the 8th largest jewish population in the World - almost 4x that of Baltimore. I don't really think that cargo or O&D passengers will be a problem - except for possibly the non-holiday periods of 2-3 months/year when cargo revenue alone should be able to support the single flight. And let's not forget this:
