FIRST TIME POST!
I called the Silver line and asked the same question regarding promotions...none. I mentioned to the rep that one of my relatives received an offer #9631, and could I register for that one. Long story short, I was able to be targeted and registered without much pushback. Though the rep did press a bit regarding name and address of my "relative..." Note: She warned me that registering for this might take me out of the running for "other" promotions that may have come my way.
