Recently it seems as if PIT has become just as bad, if not worse than PHL. Every time I'm there, none of the bag belts are running, you just stand there and wait. A couple weeks ago I was there and they announced that the bags were stuck in the system above the claim belts, and it would just be a few minutes until the mechanics could fix it. Well, a few US minutes later (45) our bags finally arrived. The one difference between PIT and PHL is that in PIT it seems that they do a lot better job of loading bags on connecting flights.
