I use the baggage system in PHL as a way to getting a new wardrobe. They lose things so often, that I am quite used to sending in receipts to PIT to account for my new gear.

Last time, I had packed for a week in LA. In fact my case turned up about 8 hours before my return flight. It saved me from having to pack again!
