Don't fool yourselves into thinking that any complaint or noise can do anything about this problem which is systemic in PHL and has always been so. During the ten years (starting 20 years ago) that I lived in AC and used PHL twice a week, the usual wait for baggage to come down was nearly an hour, so we started the policy of only taking what we could carry and Fedexing the rest ahead and back. Even tho we no longer use PHL that much, the Fedex policy continues to this day.
